How do I create a poll?
The board creates polls with a question, options, a deadline, and the required majority.
- Tap Vote on Home or go to Polls and tap Create poll.
- Type the Question.
- Enter at least two Options. You can add more with Add option.
- Choose the Deadline. By default, it is set to one week.
- Choose the Required majority (LPH art. 17) needed for the agreement.
- Publish it. All neighbours receive a notice.
A poll in the app is a consultation: the formal agreement is adopted at the homeowners' meeting. The result helps you arrive prepared.
Until the community has a president, no one can create polls: the first will be the election for president.
