Cookie Policy — bloqia.es and app.bloqia.es

Last updated: 12 de octubre de 2026

This policy covers the bloqia.es website, the app.bloqia.es web application, and equivalent technologies in mobile apps (device identifiers and local storage), in accordance with art. 22.2 LSSI-CE and the Guía sobre el uso de cookies de la AEPD.

1. What we use

Technical storage (exempt from consent). Essential for the service to function; does not require your consent:

Where Technology Purpose Duration
app.bloqia.es (web) Firebase Auth IndexedDB / localStorage Keeping you logged in Until you log out
app.bloqia.es (web) Local cache of community data Ensuring the app loads instantly and works offline Cleared automatically (2 hours to 30 minutes depending on the data type) and upon logging out
Mobile apps Secure device storage Session and access credentials Until logging out or uninstalling
Mobile apps Push notification token Delivering community notifications For as long as the app is installed

Measurement and diagnostics (consent required). Only if you accept:

Where Technology Purpose Provider
app.bloqia.es and apps Google Analytics for Firebase (installation identifier, screens visited, usage events) Usage statistics to improve the app Google
Mobile apps Firebase Crashlytics (device crash reporting) Detecting and fixing errors Google
Mobile apps Firebase Performance Monitoring (startup, screen, and network response times) Detecting and resolving performance lag Google

bloqia.es (the informational website) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement tool without cookies or local device storage. Therefore, it falls outside the scope of art. 22.2 LSSI-CE and does not require consent or a banner: it only generates aggregated statistics (page views, approximate country, performance), does not build profiles or identify you, and IP addresses are processed transiently without being stored in an identifiable format. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), as data processor (see Section 3).

On the help page, the box “Do you have a specific question?” uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that the person asking is not a robot before sending the question to the assistant. Turnstile does not use tracking or advertising cookies: it transiently analyzes technical browser signals. This is a security measure necessary to deliver the service you request, so it does not require consent either. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA).

3. Transfers

App measurement and diagnostic data are processed by Google and may be handled in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The aggregated web analytics for bloqia.es and the anti-bot verification on its help page are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which is likewise covered by the same Framework. For more details, see Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
