How is the community president elected?

When a community starts on Bloqia, it doesn't have a board yet. The first poll is the election of a president, which opens automatically once there are enough neighbours.

• Dwellings with at least one neighbour on Bloqia can be elected, except for those with multiple owners that have not been clarified.
• To vote, you must verify your phone number. This is only used to guarantee one vote per person and is not shared with anyone.

Until there is a president, some features will be locked, such as creating polls, closing issues, or opening private issues.
