How do I write privately to a neighbour?

1. In a community chat, press and hold a message from that neighbour.
2. Select Send message.
3. Your private chat will open. If it already existed, you will pick up right where you left off.

In the private chat, you are identified by your apartment, just like in the rest of the app.
