Someone has voted for my apartment without my permission

If a vote has already been cast for your apartment that you did not submit, you can dispute it:

1. Open the poll.
2. Tap Dispute vote and confirm.
3. Check your inbox: you will need to prove residency with a document.

While it is being reviewed, the vote is suspended. If it is not resolved before it closes, the apartment's vote will not count. A resolved dispute cannot be repeated; if you disagree, write to soporte@bloqia.es.
