How do I review what neighbours report?

In Management → Reports, you decide whether to remove or keep each reported piece of content.

  1. Go to Management → Reports. Those awaiting a response are under Open.
  2. Open one. You will see how many neighbours reported it and why, but never who. With View in context, you can see it exactly where it was published.
  3. Choose Remove content or Keep. If you retire it, you can leave a note for the author and check Also silence the author.

The author and those who reported it are notified. Reports regarding private chats or your own content are reviewed by the Bloqia team.

Mute a neighbour

In Management → Dwellings, open the dwelling, tap the neighbour, and choose Silence in chats. For the days you choose, they won't be able to write in chats or comment on issues. They will still be able to read, vote, make bookings, and open issues. Only they (in private) and the board are notified.
