How do I register the dwellings and their participation coefficients?

Participation coefficients are used to calculate voting majorities, allocate expenses, and prepare the budget.

1. Go to Management → Dwellings. If there is no record yet, create it: each dwelling starts with the same quota.
2. Enter the participation quota for each dwelling as it appears in the title deed. The total is recalculated as you type and must add up to 100%.
3. Tap Save the title-deed coefficients.

From then on, changing a quota requires the unanimous agreement of the owners' meeting (LPH art. 17.6). If you edit the quotas, the button changes to Propose changes to the board: the proposal is announced in Announcements, is placed On the agenda of the next meeting, and is applied once the minutes are signed.

You can Pin a quota using the padlock icon so that, when you change others, the remainder is distributed without affecting it. You can also request the change in natural language from the AI—for example, "set B to 3%"—and check the Preview before applying it.
