How do I manage board posts, the secretary, and the administration?

To open Board posts: tap the community name at the top, open your community menu in Your communities and go to Community settings → Board posts.

• President and Vice-presidency: use Propose another dwelling to offer the post to a verified owner, who must then accept it.
• Secretary: by default, this role is held by the presidency (LPH art. 13.5). You can propose it to another dwelling, who will sign the minutes alongside the presidency.
• Administration and Concierge: their contact details appear on the Bulletin board for all neighbours. Below, you can see who has a Bloqia account and invite the external team using Invite by QR.
