How are the minutes signed and distributed?
The presidency and the secretary sign the minutes from the app; with the final signature, they are archived and sent to all dwellings.
The minutes are signed by the president and the secretary of the community. If no secretary has been appointed, only the presidency signs (LPH art. 13.5).
- Whoever needs to sign will see Awaiting your signature in the meeting and a card on Home.
- Tap Review and sign, read the minutes, and tap Sign the minutes.
With the final signature, Bloqia seals the minutes, saves them in Documents → Minutes, announces them in Announcements, and emails them to all dwellings. Anyone can verify they are authentic at www.bloqia.es/verificar.
