How do I close or reopen an incident?
The person who created it or the board can close it from its menu, and reopen it if the problem returns.
- Open the incident.
- Tap the menu at the top.
- Choose Close incident and confirm. It will be marked as resolved.
If the problem returns, choose Reopen incident from the same menu.
It can be closed by the person who created it and the board. As long as the community does not have a board, issues cannot be closed: elections must be held first.
