How do I track and comment on an incident?
Open the incident to view its status, comment, and add photos.
In the issues list, you will find open issues at the top and closed ones below. Use Mine to see only the ones you have created.
Each incident has a status: Open, In progress, or Resolved.
Inside an incident, you can:
- Write comments and attach photos.
- Edit your comment for 15 minutes: press and hold it and choose Edit.
Open community issues also appear on Home, under Now.
