How do I report a breakdown or a problem?

1. Tap New incident on Home.
2. Under Tell us what's going on, write what is happening, where, and since when. You can also tap Dictate and explain it out loud.
3. Tap Continue. The app will fill in the title, description, category, and priority.
4. If any information is missing, you will see some questions under To complete the report: tap one and answer it in the description.
5. Add photos if they help explain the problem.
6. Review the form and publish the incident.

If the auto-fill doesn't work, the form will open with your text in the description so you can complete it manually.
