Can I open an incident that only the Board can see?

Yes. When you create the incident, enable Private incident: only you and the Board will see it.

• It won't be announced in Announcements: only Board members will be notified.
• A chat will open between you and the Board to discuss it.

This is useful for matters that only affect your apartment or that you prefer not to share with everyone.

As long as the Community doesn't have a Board, this option is not available: elections must be held first.
