Where are the community documents?
In Management → Documents, organized into official folders by year and folders created by neighbours.
Go to Management → Documents. You will find the community's official folders:
- Minutes: the meeting minutes book.
- Meetings: notices, communications, and proxy votes.
- Contracts and insurance.
- Works and building, including the Building Book.
- Deeds and bylaws.
- Invoices: this is automatically populated with the invoices attached to transaction records.
Minutes, meetings, contracts, and invoices are automatically organized into subfolders by year. There may also be folders created by neighbours.
Use the search bar to find a file by its name, and tap any file to open or download it.
