What is the New activity bell?

The bell at the top shows New activity: the latest announcements from your community, such as a new poll, an incident, a document, or an entry in the accounts. The number indicates how many you haven't read.

1. Tap the bell to see the list.
2. Tap an announcement to go directly to what it announces.
3. Use Mark all read to mark them all as read.

The updates in New activity are the same messages from the Announcements chat: reading them in one place marks them as read in the other. Messages from other chats do not appear here; you can find them in the Chats tab.
