How do I propose a theme or request an extraordinary meeting?

Any owner can submit a request to the board:

1. Go to Management → Requests to the board.
2. Tap Ask the board.
3. Choose whether you want to propose an item for the agenda or request An extraordinary meeting, and explain it.

Other neighbours can Back it the request, with one vote per apartment. You will see how many dwellings support it and what share of the quotas they represent.

If a request for an extraordinary meeting gathers the support of one-quarter of the owners or of the quotas, the board must convene it (LPH art. 16.1). Open requests will automatically appear on the agenda of the next meeting.
