How do I see what my dwelling pays and owes?

Go to Management → Accounts book → My dwelling. You will see:

• Your fee for the year, if the board has approved the budget.
• Your status: Up to date or what the dwelling owes, along with the transaction History.
• Your dwelling's debt certificate, if you need it, for example to sell the apartment.

We will notify you by notification and email of every transaction recorded by the board. As long as there is an outstanding debt, the dwelling is listed as In arrears and cannot Vote (LPH art. 15.2). If you disagree with what has been recorded, speak to the board.
