What is the budget and how is it prepared?
The board prepares the annual budget by category; once approved, each apartment sees its informative fee.
The budget includes the estimated expenses for the year by category and the reserve fund, which by law is set at a minimum of 10% (LPH art. 9.1.f).
- The board prepares it in Accounts book → Budget, saves it as a draft, and approves it when it is ready.
- Once approved, it is locked, and each apartment can see its annual fee in My dwelling, calculated using its participation quota.
Bloqia does not collect fees: the fee is for information purposes only. Only the debts of those who do not pay are recorded.
