How do I view the community accounts?
Under Management → Accounts book, you can see the income, expenses, balance, and invoices for each year.
Go to Management → Accounts book. You will see:
- The balance and a graph of the year's income and expenses.
- Each entry with its amount, date, and the resulting balance.
- The invoice or receipt attached: tap the entry to open it.
Every new entry is announced in Announcements. If an entry shows Advanced, it is an expense that someone, such as the administration, paid out of pocket and the community will reimburse: tap it to view their account.
At the top, you also have the Budget for the year and My dwelling, showing your fee and status.
